COMPLIMENTARY NIGHTS OR PASSENGERS*

US: The couple will receive one (1) complimentary room night for every ten (10) room nights paid, up to a maximum of fourteen (14) complimentary nights.

CA: The couple will receive one (1) complimentary passenger for every ten (10) passengers paid. (The 11th passenger is free.)

ROOM UPGRADES**

The couple will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category when booking 25 rooms or 75 + room nights.*

*Room Category varies per Hotel.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS***

5 - 9 rooms or 15 – 29 room nights = One (1) cocktail reception for one (1) hour.
10 -19 rooms or 30 – 59 room nights = One (1) private function for two (2) hours.
20 - 29 rooms or 60 – 89 room nights = One (1) cocktail reception for one (1) hour and One (1) private function for three (3) hours.
30 - 49 rooms or 90 – 149 room nights = Two (2) private functions for three (3) hours, must be held on different days.
50 - 89 rooms or 150 – 269 room nights = Two (2) private functions for four (4) hours, must be held on different days.
90+ rooms or 270+ room nights = Two (2) private functions for five (5) hours, must be held on different days.

*Each room must stay a minimum of 3 nights to qualify towards the group benefits.

In order for Wedding Group Benefits to apply, all reservations must be booked through the same Tour Operator and Travel Agency (if applicable) with or without a group contract. Couple’s reservation must be part of the group booking for benefits to apply. These benefits are offered when group is reserved directly through the Wedding Department. Benefits are subject to change based on the couple’s booking source. Guests that book outside of booking source will be charged $25 per person per event.

*US: A surcharge of $10 USD per person, per night will apply for complimentary stays for taxes and gratuities. Complimentary nights are awarded on room category booked up to Caribbean Diamond/Deluxe Diamond and double occupancy only. Complimentary nights will be refunded by the couple’s booking source. A 3-night minimum stay is required per reservation in order to apply towards benefits. Benefits do not apply if couple’s reservation is made through an online travel agency. CA: A surcharge of $10 per passenger, per night will apply for complimentary stays for taxes and gratuities. A 3-night stay is required per reservation in order to apply toward benefits.
**Subject to space and availability of the resort. If the couple has already booked a Caribbean Diamond/Deluxe Diamond room or higher, then they will have the option to pass the “upgrade” to a family member for the same number of nights booked. A 3-night minimum stay is required per reservation in order to apply towards benefits.

****Additional events or hours above and beyond those included with the Wedding Group Benefits will incur an additional cost. Cocktail and reception must be held at same location. If cocktail and reception are held in separate locations then additional fees will apply. Please consult your Event Consultant for these costs.

Now is every couple’s chance to visit Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard RockHotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and get an up close &personal look at their host wedding hotel.

Best available rate in any room category, confirmable any time prior to travel.

Room Rate: Best available rate in preferred room category, travel dates and any number of nights.
Room reservation can be requested any time prior to travel.
Room reservation is subject to the payment and cancellation policies for FIT individual reservations.
If the couple reaches 25+ rooms or 75+ room nights, they are eligible for a credit on their wedding proposal for $200 per night for one room for up to 6 nights.

Travel Agents if the couple requires a room reservation, it must be booked through allinagents.com for the credit to be applied to the final wedding proposal. Please provide [email protected]

Wedding Credit is only applied if the reservation is booked through either the All In Agents Site or made directly with AIC Hotel Group Reservations Department.

All 25+ rooms or 75+ rooming nights need to be booked through the same source to receive the credit. Confirmation must be provided. Wedding Site appointment must be requested at least 30 days prior.

Fees & Policies

Wedding collections must be reserved in advance. The complimentary collection will not apply if requested onsite. All reservations must be booked at least 1 month (31 days) prior to arrival. Dominican Registry office is open from Monday through Friday only.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will provide couples with a variety of in-house services to choose from. A third party vendor fee of $1,500 USD will apply per outside vendor and entertainer hired by the couple and not contracted by the hotel as a preferred vendor. If vendor provides multiple services, the fee will apply per service. The fee covers one (1) person for one (1) day. Additional persons that work for vendors, or access on additional days, will be charged a day pass. At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, a $1500 Vendor Supervision Fee and $500,000 Insurance Policy will be required for any third party vendor needing to carry out audiovisual work, bringing their own DJ equipment, or installing heavy duty materials (trussing structures, tents, hanging fabrics, etc) within our establishment. Wedding Ceremony can only be performed at the resort where the couple resides.

DRESS CODE: Formal or semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits. Groom may wear dressy shorts for ceremony only. For selected restaurants formal dress code applies.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All weddings will require a $500 USD non-refundable deposit to confirm the wedding date and time.
The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the couple’s Wedding Proposal and can be used towards a Wedding Collection or optional services. If the couple chooses to change their wedding to a later time, then the remaining balance will be applied at the time of the requested change, if applicable.
Final payment for all wedding services are due 45 days prior to ceremony.
There will be a $500 late fee for any payments made 44 days or less prior to the wedding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the wedding, deposit is not refundable. All other payments are refundable.
Cancellations made 44 days or less prior to the wedding, all payments are non-refundable

Visa, Master Card & American Express are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort. ALL PRICES, PACKAGES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
