IntroducingHARD ROCK SAFE + SOUND
On June 23, 2022, the Thai government revoked the mask mandate across the country, making the wearing of hygienic or cloth masks a voluntary choice for all persons. Although the mask requirement has been lifted, some companies and certain places still encourage the usage of masks. Additionally, the Health Ministry has re-issued a recommendation that people should wear masks in crowded or poorly ventilated areas.

Sanitary Masks
We do recommend wearing the mask to protect yourself or any relatives at risk. We are happy to provide a mask in all public areas. Note that our hotel and cafe team do choose to wear masks but this is mostly to protect their own families even though all our team members are vaccinated.
Physical Distancing
Appropriate social distancing must be decided by your own selves. Please note that at breakfast time at our Starz Diner is probably the busiest time of the day in terms of concentration of people.
Hand Sanitizers
Hand sanitizers are available in every public area and all restrooms.
Hand Washing
This should be done as frequently as possible. Additionally, our team members hand wash / sanitize every 30 minutes.

Personalized card of cleanliness on every guest room as the final step in the enhanced housekeeping process.
Cleaning & Disinfecting
Increased deep cleaning and disinfecting frequency for high-touch surfaces across public areas, meeting rooms, dining areas, and public restrooms every hour.
Self-Service Buffets
Sanitary gloves are provided at 3 points along the buffet line: the egg station, the china and glassware area, and the fruit and salad bar area.
In-Room Dining
We can serve on a trolley or tray with social distancing, outside in the corridor, or enter with your permission.
QR-Coded Menus
You can access the menus via your own phone through the QR code provided, or digital tablet menus are provided in all restaurants and bars.
